**Job Title: Maintenance Helper**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Helper supports daily facility and yard operations by performing basic repairs, groundskeeping, and equipment upkeep. This role assists with tasks such as repairing windows and doors, changing lights and switches, and replacing tires on yard machinery, while receiving hands-on training in industrial maintenance, including HVAC and refrigeration.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks across the facility and yard.
+ Repair and maintain windows and doors in dock and facility areas.
+ Perform yard maintenance, including mowing, cutting, weeding, and general groundskeeping.
+ Change lights, switches, and light bulbs throughout the facility as needed.
+ Replace tires on yard machinery and assist with basic equipment upkeep.
