Job Description

Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve key maintenance, quality, and equipment performance goals, ensuring strong readiness and reliability of assets for ongoing and future operations.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM pillars, including maintenance KPI (OEE,MTBF,MTTR, tDt), preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and focused improvement to strengthen equipment uptime and stability.
