Each technician is assigned their own area of the plant, becomes the resident expert in it, and owns it. Truly owns it.

KEEP PRODUCTION HUMMING Day to day, you’ll be hands‑on with specialist automated production machinery, working through PMs, diagnosing breakdowns, running changeovers, and getting into the workshop for lathe work and light fabrication. There’s also a solid fluid‑handling side to the plant – pumps, washers, chemicals – which means anyone with a plumbing background might find this a surprisingly natural fit.
