To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
Attend to fault calls during/after office hours
Support Maintenance Lead to upkeep Clients’ security system inventory list and maintenance spares
Support Maintenance Lead to liaise with clients, integrated facility management representatives and trade contractors so as to facilitate to carry out work at clients’ premises
Liaise closely with clients, integrated facility management representatives on all service/maintenance related issues to achieve optimal results.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Perform any other technical tasks as required including new installations, A&A, HOTO, T&C and equipment replacement etc
Requirements
Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering/IT or relevant working experience in the related field
