Job Description
Due to increased occupancy and an increased workload, we are currently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join an existing team, in supporting the upkeep of a busy commercial site.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature and quality checksComplete basic plumbing works and fault findingUndertake general building fabric repairs (doors, ceilings, fixtures, etc.)Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasksAccurately record works using CAFM systemsEnsure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements What we’re looking for:
