Job Description:
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze primary equipment downtime to identify trends, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement long-term corrective actions. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules and inspections, specifically for warehouse sorting systems and automated machinery, to ensure peak operational readiness. Project Management: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications. Operational Excellence: Minimize unplanned breakdowns through proactive troubleshooting and the implementation of a data-driven maintenance culture. Compliance & Safety: Actively support and enforce Corporate Safety (EHS), Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
