KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Maintenance Engineer Associate, a full-time employee, shall be appointed by the Director of Facilities and shall be directly accountable to the Building Maintenance Engineer. This role supports the maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs. It involves assisting with preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring the property remains safe and well-maintained.
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in performing general maintenance on all air handlers, such as changing air filters, inspecting VFDs, inspecting damper operation, and greasing if required.
