Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Drive the structured On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) programme for E&I team members to support skills development and competency building
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for all electrical works to ensure strict compliance with relevant local and international electrical codes, specifications and standards
Review and approve electrical‑related permits, including electrical isolation, excavation, and instrument‑related work permits
Lead investigations into electrical maintenance issues or abnormalities to determine root causes, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and address maintenance concerns
