Job Description
This position provides maintenance and custodial services for college buildings and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance duties related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC , carpentry (rough and finish, as well as, painting), custodial, and groundskeeping functions. Assist with snow removal, lawn care, and emergency maintenance as needed.

This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $24.00. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, $50,000 life insurance, long-term disability, paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid spring and holiday breaks and participation in IPERS or TIAA retirement plan.

This position will work 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
