**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:Through active leadership, coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and refurbishment work on equipment and machinery throughout the plant, maintaining a high level of effectiveness in meeting department indicators.Ensure compliance by the department and its staff with industrial safety and environmental guidelines, adherence to quality, health, and food safety standards, ensuring maximum productivity and optimal costs.
