1. Job Purpose
The GoTeam is a business-critical function responsible for recovering customer Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and executing special projects safely, compliantly, and efficiently by leveraging both internal capabilities across our client's network and trusted third-party service providers.
The Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) role enhances the customer experience by providing a single point of contact for all AOG-related communications and coordination activities. This centralised approach improves response times, strengthens operational oversight, and ensures a consistent and professional service delivery model.
