Maintenance / Business Development Manager
to expand our engineering services in building maintenance and Addition &Alteration (A&A) works. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, and project coordination to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities . Source and develop new business opportunities for maintenance contracts and A&A projects (Fire Protection Codes of Practices) . Lead, plan, and manage full project lifecycle including design, installation, testing & commissioning of fire protection systems. . Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower deployment, and project timelines to ensure timely completion of maintenance and A&A works within budget. .
