Supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance servicesLiaising with contractors to ensure works arepleted within agreed timescalesUpdating systems and maintaining accurate repair recordsActing as a key point of contact for tenants, providing updates on ongoing workWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a repair / maintenance role within social housingStrong organisational andmunication skillsAbility to manage multiple jobs and priorities effectivelyExperience with Homemaster is desirable (but not essential).What you'll get in return
