This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supports operational continuity, and drives the implementation of control and automation solutions in alignment with GMS standards.

The position operates under a **rotating 4x3 schedule with 12-hour shifts** , including weekends, and requires coordination with operations, quality, and engineering teams to meet business objectives.
