Winery and Warehouse Maintenance Manager

Hire Resolve’s client  is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to join their team and lead all aspects of maintenance and repair for their Winery and Warehouse facility .

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all preventative and emergency maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to budget. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, manage contractors for larger projects, and oversee all aspects of maintaining compliance with safety regulations and food safety certifications.
