Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Distribute mails to specific individuals / departments within the building
- Act as point of contact for all mailroom-related emails and calls, and coordinate requests accordingly
- Prepare and ensure all acknowledgement slips are signed and properly filed
- Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mails to courier services or post office
- Perform filing and archiving of documents / records
- Frank outgoing mails accurately and timely
- Maintain adequate mailroom supplies at all times
- Process outgoing registered mails for both local and overseas dispatch
- Handle and move mail bags, parcels, and documents within the premises
- Able to carry gunny sacks and handle/drag loads of up to 8 kg
- A trolley will be provided to assist with the movement of items
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management
