Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Mailroom Clerk to support daily mail and package operations in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling time‑sensitive materials.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
+ Prepare outgoing mail and packages (including FedEx, UPS, USPS)
+ Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and scanners
+ Track deliveries and maintain mail logs
+ Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier services
+ Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
