Job Title: Mail Production Specialist

Position Purpose
To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and accurately, supporting claims and appeals workflows.
Key Responsibilities

+ Open, sort, and prepare correspondence for processing.

+ Scan incoming documents into imaging systems.

+ Record specified documents for tracking and compliance.

+ File imaged claims and appeals, including adjustments and inferior quality images.

+ Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.

+ Lift and transport totes weighing 35–40 pounds.

+ Work mandatory overtime as required to meet workload demands.

Education & Experience

+ Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Preferred: 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience.
