Job Description Summary The Mail Clerk is responsible for picking up the University mail daily from the local Post Office. Sorting & delivering mail & packages to the mail stop locations of the University, this includes the main Orange campus, the Rinker Campus & Student mail. Will be working alongside team to scan, track and deliver packages. Assist with University Services copy request. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Mail Service:
Pick up the university mail from the Post Office, daily.
Sort the mail & parcels from student residents and mail stop locations (departments).
Cross reference check & deliver student mail using current resident roster.
Receive all deliveries (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight companies, etc…).
Transport student mail & packages to the student mail centers (3 locations).
Deliver to all Mail Stop Locations, daily.
Provide mail service to the Rinker Campus in Irvine...
