Lead full‑cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology and define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting, and technical streams.
Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin), ensure delivery within estimated hours, proactively manage change requests, monitor time reporting accuracy and effort consumption by module/workstream.
