Job Description

Implements and supports day-to-day macOS engineering operations, following established standards and best practices.

Operating within a fully cloud-managed estate, utilizing Microsoft 365 and Okta. you ensure that endpoint services are secure, scalable, and modern, aligned with Zero Trust principles and recognised industry security frameworks such as NCSC guidance, CIS benchmarks, and Apple Security Baselines.

You provide strong technical engineering and support escalation. Alongside involvement & assistance of projects and portfolio delivery, ensuring operational activities are executed in accordance with Zero Plus processes, policies, service level agreements, and all relevant compliance standards, including Zero Trust and ISO 27001.
