**Job Title: Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC Haas mill and lathe machines to produce high-quality components in a clean, organized, and team-oriented manufacturing environment. You will perform multiple daily set-ups, complete accurate quality inspections, and contribute to efficient production through precise machining and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC Haas mill and lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications.
+ Perform an average of 4–5 complete machine set-ups per day, including tooling, offsets, and program adjustments as needed.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to perform in-process and final quality inspections.
