**Job Title: Precision CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

The Precision CNC Machinist sets up and operates 4- and 5-axis Haas and Makino CNC mills to produce high-tolerance components for plastic injection molds. This position combines hands-on machining with tool-room style problem-solving to support projects across aerospace, medical, and automotive applications in a dynamic job-shop environment where parts and challenges change daily.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up 4- and 5-axis Haas and Makino CNC mills for production of high-precision components.
+ Operate CNC mills to machine plastic injection mold components to tight tolerances and quality standards.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan machining operations.
+ Perform tooling selection, setup, and basic tooling design decisions to optimize machining processes.
