Workshop Technician - London - up to £45,000 + Benefits - Ref 2017

I am currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician to work for a cutting-edge engineering company based in London. They operate internationally, employ a highly skilled workforce, and continue to invest heavily in innovation, product development, and engineering capability. In line with demand and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint a Workshop Technician on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Workshop Technician, you'll be required to work on the shopfloor where you will support research and development teams by building and assembling prototypes, components, and product assemblies. Approximately 75% of the role will involve using mills and lathes to manually machine the necessary components. This could involve you using CAD to design them yourself, or modifying the designs that come through from the Mechanical Design department. At least 5 Years experience work...
