Description:
C & B Machinery, a New Hudson, MI-based company that designs, manufactures, and builds high precision grinding machines, is seeking a mechanically inclined individual who is hard working, eager to learn, and has good communication skills.
Job Functions:
* Assemble machinery as instructed using mechanical design drawings and photos.
* Disassemble machinery, clean it, inspect it, and identify any worn or broken parts.
* Proficient in customary mechanical techniques required for the assembly of precision machinery
* Assemble machinery subassembly involving precision bearings.
* Assemble machine tooling.
* Align machines, tooling, and start-up machines. Troubleshoot and assist with internal and customer machine run-offs.
* Maintain accurate work records, including, but not limited to, red-lined mechanical drawings.
* Work cooperatively and jointly with other members of C&B Machinery, our suppliers, and customers.
* Travel to customer facilities...
