Responsibilities
Supervise, direct and motivate shop personnel Ensure most efficient production process are utilised Recognise and troubleshoot problems in various production processes to maintain the highest quality and delivery standards Coordinate shop activities with engineering manager and other supervisors Develop staff through training, communication of rules, policies and procedures Motivate and build morale Ensure availability of material and tooling Work with customers, vendors and employees to resolve problems Participate in management meetings as requested All candidates must be dependable, professional, and flexible and have a positive attitude and a solid work history.
