Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Machine Shop Lead - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 2:15pm to 10:45pm. The hourly rate for this position is $ 30.00 - 32.50 Plus $ 2.00 Shift Differential per hour.

**What you’ll do:**

The Machine Shop Team Lead is responsible for leading day‑to‑day machine shop operations to ensure work is assigned properly, schedules are met, and quality and safety requirements are maintained. This role supports machinists through hands‑on leadership, troubleshooting machining and process issues, and training employees on equipment, methods, and expectations.
