Adecco is recruiting for a **Machine Setup / Repair Technician** for a client in **Syracuse, NY** . This position is **temp-to-hire,** paying **$28–32/hour** DOE.

This role focuses on **setting up and troubleshooting** multi-spindle screw machines, with some **mechanical repair** responsibilities depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform machine setups including tooling, adjustments, and changeovers
+ Troubleshoot production issues and keep machines running efficiently
+ Diagnose mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed
+ Support production with quality, cycle time, and process improvements
+ Work closely with operators and maintenance teams

**Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of experience with screw machines (Davenport, Acme-Gridley, or similar)
+ Strong setup and troubleshooting experience
