**Job Title: Machine Set Up Operator**
**Job Description**
This role is ideal for hands-on, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and seeing the results of their work every day. You will learn how to set up and run ACME screw machines and industrial cold heading machines that produce high volumes of precision metal parts used in real-world applications. Prior cold heading experience is not required, as comprehensive training is available for motivated candidates with the right attitude.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate cold heading and screw machines to produce high-volume precision metal parts.
+ Learn to dial in machines, adjust tooling, and optimize settings to keep production running efficiently.
+ Inspect parts during setup and throughout production to ensure they meet customer blueprints and specifications.
