**Job Description**
This role involves operating a shot blasting machine and supporting a variety of general labor tasks in a steel fabrication environment. You will work with metal components, assist in material handling, and perform finishing operations such as grinding and deburring to ensure parts meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate the shot blasting machine safely and efficiently to clean and prepare metal parts.
+ Perform general labor tasks, including moving materials and parts throughout the production area.
+ Grind and deburr metal components to remove sharp edges, imperfections, and excess material.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete production and finishing tasks as required.
+ Assist with machine operation, including set ups, change overs, adjustments, and tool changes.
+ Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications and quality requirements.
