**Job Description**

The Spray Dry Machine Operator manufactures flavor products, including powders, spray-dried materials, liquids, emulsions, and extracts, with a primary focus on dry-blend goods. You assemble batches according to detailed batch tickets, operate production equipment such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks, and ensure every product meets strict food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret raw material labels, and strict adherence to safety and labeling requirements to produce the correct finished product quantity and packaging.
