Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Operate TPP (Turret Punch Press) machine ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime

• Perform lubrication and daily maintenance activities as per checklist

• Handle tool and die loading as per approved procedures

• Maintain tools, perform cleaning, minor adjustments, and report damage or wear

• Support machine setup activities with engineers/programmers

Production Quality & Inspection

• Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI), in-process inspection, and Last Piece Inspection (LPI)

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs

• Record rejection data and support corrective actions for quality improvement

Programming & Process Execution

• Execute machine programs using G Codes and M Codes

• Coordinate with programmers for tool requirements, die clearance, and setup details
