The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join our client who are a busy and growing packaging manufacturer based in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, day-shift operation with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the operation and set up the machine as a slitter slotter machine operator by the production Manager and the inspection of products being produced to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate slitter slotter machinery to produce corrugated packaging to specification
Ensure correct tooling, machine settings, and job sheets are followed
Monitor product quality and adjust where required
Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and fault finding
