The Opportunity

As a Machine Maintenance Fitter at our Visy Glass Penrose site, you’ll work in a full time permanent (40 hours per week) role across Monday to Friday 6.30am – 3.00pm. With the plant running 24/7, there may be an opportunity for overtime, plus occasional after-hours or weekend callouts when required.

Reporting to the IS Repair Manager, you’ll support job changes and conversions, carry out machine repairs, and complete planned and unplanned maintenance across the hot end of the plant. You’ll use downtime effectively to minimise impact on production and costs, while always operating safely.
