**Machine Attendant – Berlin, NJ**

**Job Overview**

+ Immediate **Direct Hire** opportunity
+ Operate and monitor manufacturing/packaging equipment
+ Work in fiberglass insulation production (industrial environment)
+ No experience required – training provided

**Shift & Pay**

+ **$20.50/hour** (raises every 6 months)
+ 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts
+ Rotating schedule: **3 on / 4 off, 4 on / 3 off, 5 on / 7 off**
+ Work **14 days per month** ; must rotate between day & night shifts

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor production/packaging machines
+ Perform quality checks on products and equipment
+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
+ Maintain safe and efficient production flow
+ Work with team to meet production targets
