**Description**

The Coating Assistant Operator must **understand, follow, and strictly comply with ALL safety rules and regulations** . This includes recognizing and responding to potential hazards and safeguards such as:

+ Machine guarding, light curtains, and pinch points
+ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
+ Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
+ Proper grounding and use of emergency stops (E‑stops)
+ Fire alarms and site evacuation procedures

Maintaining housekeeping standards and a clean, organized work area is an essential part of this role.

**Starting pay of $21.62/hr**

**Work Schedule**

This position works a **rotating shift schedule that changes every 4 weeks** .
Shift length may be **8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts** , depending on production needs.

**Shift options include:**

+ **12‑Hour Shifts:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
