What You'll Do
As the leader of the Mac technical advisor team you’ll help create and model the support experience for Mac users at Cisco. You’ll lead the Mac technical advisor team to deliver elite troubleshooting and technical support.
You’ll continue to keep your skills sharp by learning about the constantly evolving macOS, monitor trending issues and creatively work to solve these issues to keep Cisco employees online and productive. This team is the first line of support for global Cisco employees.
Main responsibilities include the following:
* Lead a team of dedicated Mac technical advisors supporting global Cisco employees via chat and phone
* Exude positivity as you engage your team and other Cisco employees during their support journey
