This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced M&A Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience. What will you be doing? Advise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and other transactional risk insurance solutions. Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from structuring to negotiations and final placement.
