Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Associate / Associate Director to join our Southeast Asia M&A team. The candidate will support the origination and execution of strategic M&A transactions across sectors, working closely with senior bankers, clients, counterparties and advisers. This role requires strong financial analysis, valuation and execution skills, combined with ownership, attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced deal environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions
