We are currently working with a leading M&A tax Practice in Manchester who are looking to bring in a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning. The team provides M&A Tax solutions to a range of different clients including large listed, US & international businesses, Private Equity funds and local growing businesses across the North to name a few. Responsibilities

• Help lead a fast paced commercial M&A team in Manchester working closely with two experienced partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships acting as a trusted adviser to your client base & colleagues.
