As part of the Occupational Health and Wellness team, you will play a critical role in overseeing employee immunizations, organizing health clinics, and enforcing infection prevention protocols at LWDH. This valuable position enhances employee health and ensures compliance with health standards, directly contributing to the safety of the workplace and its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and oversee immunization programs for staff
• Run new hire health clinics including TB testing
• Develop modified work programs alongside HR
• Perform infection control surveillance and education
• Assist with the review and creation of IPC policies
