Position Overview
The Telephonic Triage LPN/LVN triages incoming and outgoing customer service programs, assessing the caller’s needs and symptoms, providing appropriate clinical and administrative advice, and following appropriate clinical protocols to assist the caller’s needs.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license for the state of practice
+ One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
