Geriatric Home Health LVN
Amcare Pro Home Health is a mid-size home health care company with offices in DFW & East Texas. We are currently interviewing for a PRN LVN Field Nurse to cover the Irving, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Home Health LVN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role supports the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care through routine nursing visits, treatment administration, patient education, and timely documentation. Previous Home Health Care experience is a must. Familiarity with electronic charting (KINNSER/AXXESS) is a plus.
