LPN / LVN – Long Term Care (LTC)

Hours: 36–40 Hours per Week

The LPN / LVN – Long Term Care is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and supporting residents in a long-term care facility.

This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.



Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (Long-Term Care preferred)

• Active Pennsylvania LPN/LVN License (Required prior to start)

• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)

• Strong knowledge of patient care and medication administration
