Kerzner International is seeking a skilled Sommelier to join the F&B team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. In this role, you will manage all wine revenue for the Casea 101 restaurant, driving sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel environment, possess strong wine knowledge, and exhibit excellent management skills. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages will be a plus.
