We are looking to hire ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our extremely successful Luxury Retail Team in Luxury Sales.
Key Responsibilities in the Luxury Sales Team: - Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
- Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to meet, and exceed, the brand and store’s unique objectives.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have: - A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
