Ecommerce Customer Support Executive (Fashion Retail) Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements - 24 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience in Fashion Retail
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
- Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Ziwo or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds and last-mile delivery processes
- Experience supporting GCC customers is preferred
Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp
- Handle order tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges and refunds
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service SLAs
- Support abandoned cart recovery initiatives
- Resolve marketplace-related customer cases (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc....
