The Lumber Yard Manager is responsible for ensuring and providing excellent customer service, performing and supervising the tasks involved in the overall operation of the lumber yard and associated equipment.   This is a full-time exempt position, scheduled on the day shift, 45 hours/week. Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm.

Essential Functions:

+ Embody the GHC culture of treating our team members as our #1 priority.

+ Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner. Answer questions and resolve customer concerns.

+ Maintain a positive presence in the yard by providing excellent customer service. Hold team members accountable for providing exceptional customer service.

+ With help from the Store Manager give team members the support and guidance they need. Conduct one on one coaching sessions and meetings as needed with team members. Coach team members individually, with expectations and follow up.
