Drive pricing strategy and margin optimization across Lubricants (B2C & B2B)
Strengthen Price Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities
Support data-driven decision making to protect profitability and competitiveness
1. Market & Pricing Insights
- Analyze market, competitors, and price positioning
- Track COGS impact and margin drivers
- Build pricing benchmarks and performance dashboards
- Monitor volume, margin, and profitability by SKU/channel
2. Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and drive price increase (PI) actions
- Ensure margin recovery and pricing discipline
- Set sell-out pricing guidelines by channel
