Manage and maintain commuter facilities such as linkways, pedestrian bridges, underpasses, footbridges and bus/taxi pick‑up/drop‑off shelters to ensure safe operation for the public at all times.
Prepare tender specifications and supervise commuter facilities inspection/maintenance contracts, ensuring on‑site safety requirements are met and performing quantity and quality audit checks on works on site.
Review construction drawings and provide professional advice to developers, consultants and other government agencies on development submissions and projects related to commuter facilities maintenance.
Handle feedback from the public, other government agencies and private developers, and incorporate it into facility management.
Maintain GIS map layers and related programs for inventory management of commuter facilities.
